Hi everyone, I am really stuck with 3D sublimation. I wasted for around 100 pounds blanks and still no results. I am using this vacuum heat press: http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/3 ... 89200.html

Please have a look at photos. My corners are not sublimated properly, colors are blur, case shrinks after sublimation and does not fit the phone. I tried loads of different options: pre-heat jig, dunk to cold water, cool on jig, dunk on dummy phone to cold water and still no results. I tried cheap blanks from china, then blanks from sunfly but they both shrink after sublimation. Now I ordered trupix transfer paper and Subliblanks cases. Do you have any ideas how to solve these problems? Is anyone getting good results with this type of heat press? Please share your ideas, I really need help :frown::confused:

drop your temperature down or time. if you cooking them for to long then they will shrink.

I just tried 180 degrees for 10 minutes, case is still warped, but I noticed that it sublimated much better at 180 than 200 degrees. I gonna try 180 degrees for 8 minutes with two heating plates. will upload more pictures soon

Go for 5min and 170c for start. Cool it off the jigg. As jig is bloody hot so there is no much cooling going on.

I got much better results now, just to compare different temperatures 180 and 200 degrees I uploaded first image, I used 180 degrees for 6 minutes for right hand side case, case is still slightly warped at the top but I think it may be because of bad jig or blank itself. Now I gonna try 180 degrees for 5.5 minutes

I found optimum setting for this kind of blanks. 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Cases are very cheap from aliexpress, I paid 0.5usd for each of them. Final result is pretty good. Thanks for help! :)

don't forget to squeeze them a little while still warm. and try to put them printed side up to your cooling jig. Make sure is quite tide in.

All cases I tried, had slightly warped top left corner, did you have the same issue? Or is it because of cheap blanks? On case with pineapple design it's almost unnoticeable but still tiny defect :)
