Thank you so much for all your help with this. I am waiting for NC to call me back and I will ask about the ICC profile. So would you now suggest just using my MacBook and getting up to date photoshop.

Update - I set up the printer on my MacBook and the colours are printing although not as they are on screen (see photos)[ATTACH=CONFIG]6424[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]6425[/ATTACH]

I presume this is because I don’t have it set up as using sub links or have the ICC installed?

It was fine ... a little faint but I put this down to needing new inks.

I will try to print something using another laptop tomorrow and see how I get on.

Neither WiFi or AirPrint.
