I tried exporting from corel to artcut as I usually do, and this is what it will look like if I cut it. it doesn't have the space around the name like it should.

Well thankyou for all ur help, i think i will cut my losses and just buy a new printer and proper inks, im still very new to this and everything is a learning curve, is there anywhere at all where i can learn more about icc profiles and colour management, or will i just learn as i go?

And could anybody recommend a sublimation printer that is good quality where the ink is maybe abit cheaper, ive seen an epson but i dont really trust them much, or is the ricoh the best sub printer out there? Thankyou everyone for all your help

Is this why the mugs would have worked, as the colours i used on the mugs were just pale colours like yellow and light blue, they looked similar to what was on the computer but not exactly the same
