Samples received today, many thanks for the fast dispatch. I look forward to trying them out in the next few days.

Do you not use inkjet on these papers?
    Jack.
If at first you don't succeed, read the manual.

the brother is an inkjet printer jack ....if yer talking about inks...you can use sub inks as well bud....i was only seing what the result was like before i go and buy another printer for pigment inks

    anyhoo....

just printed on one of lucys samples onto white t-shirt with sublimation inks..
as per instuctions on there site..

hot peel then 10sec with teflon sheet - job done - looks great ....i think this is looking really intresting...
on whites it looks fine but -

on dark colours, would you not see the residue left from the edges ?, even tho you trim away ?

Jet-Pro Sofstretch is designed for light coloured fabric only as the the colour of the fabric will shine through the transfer to a certain extent. The papers for darks have an opaque white film background to hide the colour of the fabric. As a result, you really need to trim around the image before pressing - contour cutting will give you the most professional results.

Obviously pigments inks would be best on this.. but what is the lifespan with sub inks.. (purely because I just don't have the room for yet another printer lol)

Wash-ability etc.. does it fade considerably after a few washes.. is it something that if you use sub inks.. it's more of a couple of uses ideas i.e hen t's etc ??

Given that the description states -
    Thin polymer coating holds ink
    - and dye-sub ink bonds with polymer, then I would expect a decent amount of durability.

I've asked for some samples to try with my pigment ink and, if there's enough samples, I'll also try with my dye-sub ink.
