We have offices in London and India. I am not sure what other languages you encountered as the page is in English. Did you use the link in the post above or you are referring to some other link?

@ purpledragon - that is the place-holder text for description section. Are you able to see the customisation tool. You need to view this page on a laptop or desktop in case you are not.

with respect i have used the internet for many years and as i have 2 web sites im pretty much aware of what is and what isnt a description, i am using a desk top computer i clicked your link out of interest whilst there i decided to look at another of your products i clicked that link on the the page your link sent me too, the title was in english the description was not i checked a couple of other items again the title is in english the description is not i really cant say it any plainer than that. The link you have posted takes you to a site where the titles are in english but descriptions are not
