Re: postage problems
polystyrene mug mailers seem to be the only way to get them there without breakage, also there are some heavy duty cardboard ones, which i have not tried, never had an issue with the poly mailers

Re: postage problems
I use cardboard boxes that they say you can bounce and the mug won't break, I brought in bulk and they work, but I've forgotten you I've got them off, maybe someone else can recommend, all I can recommend they do work, I've not had a breakage in the last year.
Re: postage problems
www.subli.co.uk these sell them hope that helps I can only tell what experience that I've had with them which has been good
Re: postage problems
Thank you just seen subli sell some blow up ones as well, spoke to them and they reckon these are very good as well.
Re: postage problems
I cut down the boxes I get my vinyl in with plenty of bubble wrap and paper shreds
Re: postage problems
I use inflatable mailers in a box. Not a cheap option but 50% of my sales are export. Never (literally!) had a broken mug using this option.
For a client I print for the UK stuff goes out in Poly boxes and they are fine. They aren't big enough for address / customs / fragile / airmail / postage label for abroad though.
So called cardboard mug boxes drove me nuts with breakages...just my experience as others say they are fine.
