This is a great example of the 'buy twice' situation. You think you're getting a good deal when suppliers are selling you the wrong equipment and supplies. You then end up having to buy a new set-up to get the job done properly. These suppliers really should be taken to task. If they sold you that ink they probably will be.

I can find no reference to Jetplay offering subli ink either Paul....this would immediately explain the blank mugs!

Yes Paul, a little harsh! People are only....human Many folk won't understand the cost of ink, Sawgrass and so on. They talk to these poor suppliers and are offered the world for a tenner. that's why we're here....to pick up the pieces and put them onto the right track

This is why I have started the thread about a FAQ sticky or something similar. I know Justin is looking into it. I just hope we don't scare off Miss_P. I feel the same as you Paul, I spent several weeks looking at all the deals from all the companies and then coming back to this forum and reading about the disasters.

No one will scare me off im too old and long in the tooth for that and wouldnt have run a business for almost ten years successfully. although I came on here for advice as i didnt find this forum before i purchased and "I did homework" only thing I didnt purchase correctly was the ink and it was more than a "tenner" I shall however purchase different ink and go from there.
