ICC profile have no effect on the printer at all. Its a problem with the chips on the carts there are many types and many different procedures for resetting them to read full.

Depends on the carts..... some need a chip resetter, you put the cart in to a little battery device and it resets the chip to full. Others are auto reset.... you take them out and they automatically reset themselves to full. Others you have to take all carts out and then put them all back in and then they all reset. some you put in the bin and insert a new one each time.

Thanks when I bought the printer it said they were resettable, have taken them out one at a time, so I should take them all out and then try and put them all in again, if this doesn't work have you any idea where I might buy new resettable ones, Thanks.

Ask the seller what type they were there is no way to tell by looking at them. They should have provided you with the reset procedure.

If you bought them via Paypal less than 180 days ago, you can raise a disput via Paypal, and get your money back!
