Product insurance for US and Canada

I'm about to renew my insurance. All the insurance quotes I've had in the past have offered US & Canadian product liability as an (expensive) extra. As a result I've not shipped anything there.

I'd like to change that this time around. Does anyone have suggestions as to which insurance companies to approach or do you run without this cover?
