Help with settings to get icc please ricoh sg3100dn

Hi
I have purchased the icc profile from Paul
I need to send him some colour charts but the instruction he has sent is only for epson
Has anyone had an icc made from paul that uses ricoh SG3100DN if so could you advise on the settings I need to print the charts with for the ricoh
Paul has been helpful but I am using Photoshop CS5 and one of the options he needs isn't available in the settings

Do i just open the tiffs and print with that app or do i need to adjust some settings?
