Hello!
Has anyone had issues with this printer not printing straight?
Have checked the paper tray and the guides are set to A4...am stuck as to what else it can be/what needs adjusting.

Re: Sawgrass SG400 printing squint
I had this issue with the SG800 and Sawgrass ended up replacing the printer under warranty.
It's well worth contacting them or your supplier about this issue.
New printer prints nice and straight.
Didn't realize how annoying it was until I started using the new printer. Now I don't have all that extra cutting and trimming to make print straight.

Oh my golly, it was a nightmare! Don't have the time for the extra trimming to get it straight at this time of year...back to the trusty SG3110.
I have contacted my supplier and they have got in touch with Sawgrass but still no reply. Are Sawgrass slow on the service side of things do you know?

Re: Sawgrass SG400 printing squint
I'm not sure about how they deal with things. I was just reply to an email they sent from Australian agent about how I was going with the new set up and mentioned I was still having problems with printing straight (I had mentioned it to them earlier) Then a couple of weeks later I had a call saying they were going to replace it. I was very surprised as I hadn't thought of it being a warranty issue.
