to much pressure. do it just enough to close mug and keep it still. don't squeeze the blanket to much. its not old fashion rubber stamp much, much less pressure

Thanks Paul, there is so many variables to make something wrong

Is that why it's leaving a mark on the bottom of some of the mugs?

I got 200mm x 80 mm paper thinking it would save me the hassle of cutting down but now i realise that buying those instead of a4 was a mistake, it doesn't cover the whole mug around of the other way
