Hi
I 'cook' my mugs at 230-330 for 40 secs and it seems to make it perfect. i tried lower temps and longer time but the i hardly get an image at all. My press is a swing one with no manufacture name on.

Re: Mug press driving me crazy!
I have been buying my mugs from signzworld. 10oz large handled ones. Hope this helps. I've had 2 boxes of 36 and they have been great.

That probably highlights their inconsistency. I'm sure their source of mugs changes frequently over the years. Coralgraph is just an importer of generic Chinese goods.samoht146;107148 wrote:Sorry GoonerGray,I have used Corals mugs 10 & 11oz for many years on PixMax,cheap China and now Adkins mug presses and have never had a problem with base of mug printing ....

I agree Justin. I have tried most of the mugs out there but for sheer consistency of quality and printing clarity I recommend the Xpres 10oz
