Must admit what ticks me off is that a lot of new sign ups get away with just putting UK for their location. When ever I see that I steer clear of them, they must have something to hide or up to no good! My post code for example, is just classed as London, yet I live near to Wimbledon, so I have put that to give people a clue to where I am! Mind you I have an on going battle with people with my post code, because I actually live in Merton, which by the way is the same Council that Wimbledon is in (London Borough of Merton), and we are wholly in Surrey, not ***** London!

Nope, having a great time in fact. Mug presses going like the clappers, and got to hold my only grandson the other day. Must admit that was a great delight, first baby I can remember ever holding!

I've been in large format printing for quite a few years. It took me ages to find the best product and place to buy it from. We just got into dye sub mugs last year. I expect it to take a few years to find the best products and price combos.

So far 2015... 2016

dysublimationsupplies.co.uk - are friends that I trust, yet possibly too new to the trade? JS Mugs (what is JS?) Flaking of surface too soon for my liking. First mugs we did, so too long too hot?
coralgraph.co.uk - great bone china and travel mugs
bms - supposed to be the best. European 10oz mugs were matte (unocoated) on the handles. Made them look naff. Same matte finish for inside of mugs. Don't like.

Coincidently we had our first delivery of the bone china mugs from Coral Graph yesterday and although we haven't yet sublimated onto them we are VERY pleased as these seem to be the same ones as BMS who are out of stock of them. So we will hopefully add these to our gift shop products as well as the European ones.

We struggled with Magic Touch mugs. Got 2 saleable out of a box. Not a great way to run a business.

With Xpres mugs there has only been one or two per box that gets wasted. Much better.

We stopped at Xpres as they still seem to work. Got one of their heat mugs to try as well in hope of success.
