we buy few products from subliblanks, and while we are happy with products, what we are finding is,
his comms is not that great
when you phone, its always the answer machine saying - thank you for calling - our offices are currently closed.
phoned at 11am, 1pm, 4pm....
and emails take for ever to get reply also.
very frustrating when one has a problem with one of his products and he not answering any phone calls, or taking ages to get back by emails
any one else find this :rolleyes:

I also found this with subliblanks. You can never get through on the phone.
I was wanting information on out of stock items and again no reply to emails.
They seem to have a lot out of stock

If you have paid by Paypal................ Put a case in. it holds the money ( and it does not matter if you have signed for the order on delivery, like i did ) .Once you have done that , sit back and hey presto! i had a email asking me to ring with in 15 minutes. That's what i had to do on 2 orders

i want to be able to phone a person with an query, and get it sorted asap, not fart about trying to contact them on facebook.
@peter...i dont need to go that far, the chaps service/products is fine in every other way..
it just a tad annoying when you want to speak to him and the phone is always OFF
BUT....i might just get his facebook page, as always have it on anyway, if it saves me any grief / stress

I didn't said Facebook is more important. 
I simply contact him and if he cannot answer than he can reply whenever convenient. Works for me.

As for Subliblanks, I've not had a problem getting in touch with them. Then again he might have you on caller I.D.
