Print issue/ heating times

Hi everyone,
I am trying to do a gold sparkle mug with black lettering. However the colour looks faded/ not sharp.
I am printing with a Ricoh Sg3110Dn on Jetstream paper.
I had the correct time and temp so am not sure if this a colour problem.
Does anyone have any advice?

* I am trying to download the PowerDriver for the printer but this is my third attempt!*

We had browning on these mugs when you treat them the same as white mugs.

In the end the best result we got was 150c for 120 seconds.

Are they Coralgraph mugs?
