Nearly all my designs are top to bottom and 210mm round. Some are flat colours like you're using there. I use an adkins for this. Works perfectly. Have blown up several mother boards and blankets though, but they have always replaced them free.

I think the main thing is the blanket is a lot softer than most and conforms to the mug better. Also I use BMS mugs, or listawood when BMS are out of stock. Both good mugs but listawood stain terribly with tea drinkers.

Hi Dunk, Heating the base has helped the marks ive been getting i think are from the mug blanket itself and a poor mug, ive just ordered some mugs from xpress which i have herd good things about and im currently looking for a adkins but most suppliers seem out of stock, hoping to pick one up at print + promotion, ill use that press specifically for the full wrap designs and the cheaper press's for the designs that are both side printed, thanks for Taking the tie to post.
