Hi All,
I am Brian and alongside my proper day job we have recently started out our DyeSub business. We have jumped in on a wide format printer, A2 press and a mug press. We have been surprised as our 'best seller' have been cushions and of course mugs.
Looking forward to asking questions, hopefully answering a few too.
Observations: I am sure everyone has been asked - can you produce 'item' with this photo? Only to be sent a low quality image off Facebook, or as recently happened to us - via a colleague at the day job - can you produce this? It was a photograph with a copyright notice slapped across the bottom and only 72dpi..... I asked if the customer had permission the answer came back - "...oh yeah the photographer said they could but he lost all of his images....."

You'l find answers to that exact question in the copyright section, often discussed
Which wide format printer are you using?

Re: Hello from Hereford
Hello Justin,
We use an Epson 7890 although this appears to be a risky printer. I am also a photographer so always aware of the copyright question, I have a photograph that keeps appearing in books.
Off to read about my question on printers..
