Corrupt font? Can you reinstall font?

Flatten the layers save as jpeg & print it out, or is that what you are doing?

Think I've tried that. Will try again. I just don't get why it's now doing it.

theres a corruption on your system somewhere as it prints perfectly on mine without doing any flattening id check the script font handwriting dakota on yours as i dont have that font .

So maybe delete and reinstall the font?

Try removing then see if you can open the file and print with a replaced font . If so thats the problem

Right so I validated all my fonts and then deleted the fonts I had issues with, then reinstalled them and all it good at last!!! Lovely crisp printing again!!!! Thanks everyone.
