You sell 10,000 mugs a year and are don't want to spend £10 a year on this forum for expert advice and for 10% off certain suppliers? You will find the answer to your question by using the search facility and potentially over £1500 saving on mugs alone when you do.

I wish I could help you madmagowan1 but I'm not part of this exclusive club. I have spent the last two hours reading on this forum and trying to find the answer you want, it looks like you'll have to pay your 10 pounds and the answer is in the membership part, of which I cannot access. if you do maybe you could share it with the rest of us

Certainly not an intended exvlusive club, all are welcome and it was setup to save members money.

I do feel this thread had been met with a little hostility which isn't in the spirit of the forum. Yes, the information is here already and no, it isn't in a hidden members only section.

I believe the OP is looking for a comparable mug, quite a few threads on here already discussing this.

Personally I only use Xpres Mugs nowadays, cost per mug is excellent and yes, even better with member discount! Nothing for me comes close at this price.

Listawood have a coating which they call duraglaze and is basically RN but rebranded. Orca coated mugs from several suppliers will also be around that level. Do you buy by the pallet? This could make a difference as to which suppliers you could access.

........... I demand a Mars bar for that information.

It does seem agendas are being pushed on here and I really don't know why. This has always been quite an easy going place but drawing a much bigger line in the sand between paying and non-paying is dangerous. There are other forums to frequent if you want that and get the frosty feel.

I have gone with advice from members on here and bought all my kit from BMS.

The RN mugs are pricey but they are excellent quality. I launch next week and aim to shift all my current stock fairly quickly, afterwards i will be testing out Xpres and Listawood mugs to see if there is any real difference in the overall quality.

If doing 10K mugs a year, then I'd be looking to Raja for their Rhino coated mugs. We probably do a similar amount of mugs a year.
With Raja, you're buying from the Raja office in the UK, and the Raja factories in Thailand are not only moulding and firing the ceramics, but also doing the coating, and then handling the importing to the UK - one company doing everything end to end, has its advantages over other mugs where a coating factory buy in which ever white mugs they can get cheapest that week to coat, so mug size/shape/colour aren't consistent from batch to batch, and then some of the UK suppliers equally just buy in whichever they get cheapest with each shipment.
Not naming names of which suppliers I've noticed this happen with - though there are some posts on the forum from the past which point to this being quite common.
