It gets worse with CG. Just had a refund notice saying that they can only post one box of mugs even though we ordered two and they were showing 6 in stock. Is anyone picking up the phone? Is anyone answering emails? Nope. How is one meant to run a business when suppliers can't supply. Final vent of the day before blood alcohol level increases ten fold.

Think they have it in for you ;-)

At least with mugs you can get them from any other supplier, and better quality too!

Ha ha I think they must have. We use their super Balmoral 8oz mugs as they are good value but not if they don't hold stock. BMS claim to sell them (lot more money) but haven't had stock for over 6 months! NeilBrothers seem to sell them so may ask for sample to see if good coating.

Neil Bros generally only sell pallet loads direct from main site. Their buysublimation site will ship smaller orders. Mugs are mostly orca coated so very good. I possibly have several boxes of Balmoral if you are struggling. I know we have loads of Windsor and Can style mugs but probably Balmoral in there as well. Nice size mug to print as no lip.

Hi Andrew. That is very kind. We only have about 75 balmoral left in stock which form part of a popular gift range we do and heading to see a large local retailer next week. We are starting to worry in case they put in large order for our balmoral range and we cannot fulfill. I shall be in touch during week if we start to struggle.

I have used CG for five years now and have NEVER had any problems with either comms or quality & delivery.Henry has always answered my inqiries straght away and I get somewhat irked when people come on here giving CG products poor reviews,I know these to be untrue as I use there 10,11 &15oz mugs also black white band mugs as well as rock/slates & banks-all perfect with quality results.Keep up the good work Henry an your team-it's aappreciated by mee

AGAIN NO ANSWER FROM CORALGRAPH VIA TELEPHONE!!! This is now the third week running we have been calling practically every day and just goes to answer machine. These guy(s) are seriously losing out with orders and remain at the bottom of our "really, you don't care about customers?!" leader board on our studio wall.

Do they have different numbers for different outlets? eBay, web site and the like. Are you all calling the same number? Have you tried ringing from a different number UK Printed in case they have your number listed and don't answer it for whatever reason. I am not saying that this is happening but I am just throwing some ideas out there.
