talk to Magic Touch / Xpres / BMB printer owners who will sell you a starter kit.
how do you want to print?
take a good read of the forum and see what other members recommend.

what's your budget? - there was a great DTG printer at fespa that could do 240 to 600 T's an hour .... fully specced it was just under a million (euro)
