After a couple of hard sessions on the mats (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) this week, concentrating on grips, I woke up this morning with fingers that do not want to move. Just typing this was a challenge.
Could be a long day:rolleyes:.
Lesson for today....when in your late 40's you can't train as hard and then recover as well as those in their 20's.
To add to my misery, my face has gi burns on both sides. Not the look of the catwalk!
