Any of the suppliers on here are good for mugs. Have you paid your £10 yet for membership as you will get 10% off your order from some of the suppliers. I have used BMS and Listawood and both are fine. Listawood offer a discount here as well.
Many thanks
Iain

Equipment used A4 Ricoh printer, HP3085 Heat Press Graphtec cutter, Jarin mug press, CJV 30-60 solvent printer and lots of help from DSF.

i would always recommend a nozzle flush aswell. it was amazing the difference when we were having trouble. but we bought new from listawood. backup is sometimes invaluable.

I'll have a look at some how to videos on the nozzle alignment and flush. Think I'll have a good read through the printer guide to so I know my printer better :)

Quick question.......... (again lol)
I've done my head alignment and on the conde YouTube video that when he prints off the head alignment test sheets that the high speed test has 1 line and his high quality has 3 lines. Mine are the opposite way round. I have only 1 line on the high quality test sheet. Is that right?

Good Morning.

Hope you are getting some of your issues resolved, looks like you are getting lots of help.
We have a brand of Sublimation mugs called the Duraglaze mugs, these are independently tested to 2000+ dishwashers so are the only truly dishwasher proof mug on the market. You can sell these to your customers with peace of mind that the images really will last.
If this is something you are interested in then Premium Dyesub forum members receive a 10% discount off the Duraglaze items.

Please do shout if you have any questions about these mugs.

Many Thanks
Mel

That's brilliant, I was after some mugs as the ones I brought are terrible, I think that's where my fading and blur was coming from as I've noticed the mugs I have are not totally straight. ( I put them side to side and there's a gap at the top and bottom ) which I now know is a bad thing. Could you pm me the link please as I'm not having much luck with the forum on my phone :/
Thanks again
Penny
