Liyu TC631E cutting problem.
Re: Liyu TC631E cutting problem.
Just having a read through the vinyl cutter section to see if I could get some answers to my long time problem.
I have been having this issue for a while an I'm unable to find a cure myself.
Thing is, it seems as if where the cutter starts to cut a font/shape and where is finishes it's not cutting all the way. I have tried the overcut which does overcut but if you look closely you can see a very small section as if its started to cut to early and by the time its finished the cut on the font/shape they don't meet up.
I hope this makes sense as it's the best I can explain. I am using flexi as my cutting program.
I have kind of given up on the machine because of this and now stick to my cameo but i'ts a new machine and a bit of a waste just sitting there as it would save so much time if I could get it working properly.
The machine does this with both sign vinyl and clothing vinyl (worse on clothing vinyl but I gather that's because it's softer)
Hope somebody can help.

It looks similar although one thing I will say is I have to put my cut pressure way higher than 12g to cut just sign vinyl. Mines will only cut when at 96g.mrs maggot;113801 wrote:when you run the test cut - should be a button on the machine? how does that look ? have you got the blade settings right? have a look at this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vq6PlApf7JI
