There is this guy i like called MGK and i wanted to print it on a t-shirt with my own design but i checked IPO

and it says it was protected 2012 but here is what it says it is protected for

"Class 5 Insecticides, pesticides, insect growth regulators for agricultural, industrial, institutional, commercial, residential, and household use, and insect repellants."

i live in the UK and it was only protected in the USA so i was wondering how would this work is it out right copy right or not and can i print it on a t-shirt" ?
