It appears it may be. Amazon themselves now don't have any in stock, Permajet don't have any and have said they are unlikely to get more.

So if you want one and can find one, now might be the time to buy....OR it might be the time to hold on for it's replacement....who knows!

Which CISS works with this? I'm about to buy a 1500W.

I have just ordered a 1500w from Wex Photographic for £194, the Ciss I have is from Longforte, they list 2 of them, but I think they are the same.

Haha, you bought the one in my wex shopping basket! It must have been the last one. I'm waiting to hear if I've been given some bigger studio space before I buy more stuff.

I've narrowed it down to three different CISS kits. Might go for the most expensive one.

I think the most expensive one is Permajet at £140, unless you have found a more expensive one!

"All PermaJet systems incorporate the unique tube clamping feature preventing any ink retraction and air ingress into the print head when not in use - a very common issue with the cheaply made, far eastern CIS units sold by ALL other UK suppliers meaning constant head clean cycles and wasted inks."

That's one heck of a manual installation. Think I'll give that one a miss.

Strangely enough I gave it a miss as well!!! Hence my cheaper one from Longforte.
I just top mine up so it can't get air in it, and push a button on the cartridge bit to reset, so I am not clicking carts in and out. Simple.
