would you not be better naming your supplier to save newbies (like myself, who is looking into decent mugs) from having the same issues as yourself?

Yes, I think some naming and shaming would go some way to making these suppliers improve the quality of their stock and stop them making false advertising claims.

Hi Chris,

Sorry to hear your having issues with your existing supplier. We sell 110z sublimation mugs with a 100% dishwasher proof coating called Duraglaze. They offer a lovely straight sided and white finish to the mug so definitely worth taking a look at trying them. I have entered the link below so you can take a look.

What would have been wrong with saying
"I have bought mugs from xxxxx and had a problem with this batch, whilst they are sorting it who would you recommend?"

In effect what you are saying is "I have crap mugs, but I'm not going to share that information with you, so hey if you buy them tough! Ohhh do tell me who you use that's good"

Hence the less than enthusiastic response. Now I am grumpy by nature, hence I may have mis-read your post.

I am not naming the supplier whilst the issue is till being investigated, and attempting to be resolved.

If I named them, and the issue turned out to be me, then I would have done them a dis service, and possibly put people off unfairly.

I am just being cautious until I know who (for definite )is at fault.

I Basically waned to try a few new suppliers to compare.

Hi Jenner's,

Thanks for that.

If that's how you read it, fair enough, its certainly not how I meant it. I have only used 2 different mug suppliers since starting up my business in April 2015. I don't really see what wrong in asking for recommendations for other suppliers myself.

I also don't see that it is fair to name (and therefore shame) the company in question whilst they are trying to resolve the issue. Plus, until I am 100% certain that the fault lies with them, then I don't think its fair to name them.

I am more than happy to take on suggestions from those who do want to help, but also respect those who do not want to help, that is their prerogative.

Coralgraph is a great company, I have bought quite a few items from them, maybe I will give their mugs a go too, thank you.
