SG800 keeps jamming/stopping

I have an SG800 (just over a year old). It keeps jamming/sticking/stopping printing! it can be within the first few mm's or when almost done. The problem has got worse to the point now it is almost every other page (although it can print 5 pages and then jam 8 times......)!!
The cartridge stops in a different place most times, it seems to make 'clunk' when it stops but I think this is the carriage stopping?

it happens from ALL trays (A4, A3 and bypass tray) It does not matter what size paper or what tray!!

Anyone had the same issue??

Not something I've seen. It remember, the new generation of printers have a 2 year Sawgrass warranty. Have you spoken with your supplier?

I've ruled out software as it happens on both pc's and all programs.
