Question regarding Ricoh SG7100DN and Ricoh SG800

Hi,

Does any know if you can have both the Ricoh SG7100DN and Sawgrass SG800 printers both installed on one PC? From what i understand, they both use the Powerdriver V4. Do you know if this would cause a conflict? Basically, i'll like to have both printers installed on my PC and be able to allocate certain print jobs to one printer and larger ones to another. Just wanted to check before installing.

I have the 7100DN and the SG400 installed on the same PC without any problems so you should be fine.

That's great! Thanks very much for the quick reply. When you installed the SG400 did you need to do anything with the powerdriver or did the SG400 detect that you already had it installed for use with the 7100DN?

We have multiple printers running off same PC so yes it can be done. Do yourself a favour and ditch powerdriver if you're a business. Get a custom ICC profile instead. PD4 is dreadful.
