Not bothered I stopped using all adobe software in April 2015 and I must admit I have never looked back.
I hope their greed bites them where it hurts and more people move to other software.

Serf have just put the price of the new Affinity software up because Apple have increased prices due to the weak pound. Can't understand why that also applies to Affinity for Windows...

It's probably easier to spread the cost on all users so price rise is less noticeable I think....pw66;120077 wrote: Can't understand why that also applies to Affinity for Windows...

So what software do you use instead now? I am looking at alternatives but PS is just simply the best and most user friendly.ArferMo;120076 wrote:Not bothered I stopped using all adobe software in April 2015 and I must admit I have never looked back.

It was when I started working with vectors that made me move to Corel..... Never looked back.
Re "Will they reduce their prices when the pound becomes strong again?" Nearly made me spit coffee all over the screen when I read that, of course they won't, it was just a vary lame excuse.

Probably not. There was no real need to put the price of Affinity for Windows up in the first place - there is often two prices for software across the different platforms.
The chances of us getting a great deal with America will probably be very one sided. We will have to lower a lot of our standards and become a miniature version of America - socially, politically and economically.
The thought of Theresa May flying back from Washington with her knickers metaphorically in her handbag will haunt me forever.

I saw Mayhems speech when she visited the US last week. She was virtually begging the Amis to give her a good deal. Very embarrasing and sad. Hope she brought some Broccalli home with her...pw66;120119 wrote:Probably not.
