Cutting Vinyl rolls for cameo

Hi all,

I'm struggling to find an A3 guillotine to cut my 50m roll of hot flex into cameo friendly pieces, can I ask you experts if the following machine would do such a thing or would the vinyl be too thick?

I've got an A3 trimmer from Staples and I've been cutting sign vinyl with it for about 6 years without a problem.
