white not printing right

hi all when im printing for sublimation my whites are not coming out they are coming out like a light blue/ grey any body help please i am using photo shop with ciss 1500w epson thank you

Unless your whites are printed with white ink or toner then all whites in your images should appear as the colour of the substrate. Are you absolutely sure the 'white' in your images are 'pure' white?

Or have I misunderstood your question?

1500w has no white so somehow you are discolouring the mug
