wow, now that's an amazing difference, I'm very tempted although it would be good to hear how other prints go on different items. Thanks for taking the time to do this Paul, a picture (or movie) speaks volumes and definitely confirms the claims about the vibrant colours.

Can you post the picture so we can try it with other inks? :)

Hi webtrekker, if you email adam@dyesublimationsupplies.co.uk with an image and tell him what blank you would like it on he will arrange that for you.

I'd certainly have no hesitation myself in buying printed samples.

Not a bad option. We have produced many a joker image like that as we produce the official merch and always got great results. It is an image that lends itself to this type of printing.

Can't say I looked at the whole video as of on hols in 10 mins but not sure how the other one was so dull and lacking in colour?

Hi. Thanks for that but, to be honest, I hadn't expected to see such a huge difference in the video posted by Paul, so I have no qualms that the SS inks don't perform as advertised.

However, I too think Paul's other image looked a bit dull and lifeless and would like to have a copy of the image to check out myself using my CIE inks as I know I've had much better results than that on aluminium plate.

Paul, if you want to email the image, I can run off a test print on our 9600 and post it to you to press, if you want a comparison with 7 colour InkTec

Hi guys. just to clear the air. I ised my own icc that i use when printing wedding or portrait photos. I have it set to be on warmer side and i do not shift any colours at all. As in photography, natural is better than wow effect. So this is why you see joker as a bit wqshed out maybe. Tim, would be great to see 7 colour job!

We don't know if that is the same image Paul printed though.

For instance, here is a 4k image (4x the resolution of the one posted above) -
