Re: Home made large none slip mat?
Anyone attempted to make a large (A0/A1) none slip mat for cutter?

Use any plastic mats you think will be suitable (try IKEA etc) and spray them with 3M ReMount repositionable spray (green can).

A tip: DON'T use cheap spray from ebay! They tend to 'string' badly and are useless for re-sticking cutting mats. The 3M spray, although not cheap, is a very smooth, fine, spray and ideally suited for the purpose. You get a decent run between sprayings and one 400ml can lasts a good while.KeyzerSoze;123397 wrote:Nice one! I'll give it a go!
I don't need A0 or A1 size so use kids Messy Mats which are available dead cheap on the net. They are very flexible, have a printed grid, and are so cheap you could just throw them away rather than keep re-sticking them.
