Xpres Subliprint Premium paper

Right I've noticed that specs of sub ink have suddenly started appearing on my finished mugs.

I'll have a better idea what is going once I've ruled out some variables....dried ink on rollers, dried ink on the heat blanket.

What I've noticed though is missing flecks of printed image on the new Xpres paper. Are these printed flecks of shredded paper settling in the printer and finding their way onto later prints maybe?

Has anyone else noticed missing flecks on printed images or are you finding dried up ink specs anywhere?
