Engraving help

I apologize if this is not in the right section but not sure where to put it. I have a engraving machine a UMARK gem-cx5 and have a technical problem. I have spoke to them but there answer is to send the machine back to the factory. This is not suitable for me at the moment as I have a big order in which is on a time factor, what I'm looking for is a engraving engineer that will come out and fix it in the shop. I know this is a tall order but I would be grateful for any help or direction that anybody can give me.

I found these and highly recommend them. He gave me advice on how to fix it, which I did. But they do vist and fix engraveing machines so I have put their contact detail in case any body needs them. They do call out as if I had not had the advice I would have call them out but so much better than sending the machine back to the fatory. the address and contant details are below.
