Don't see why not. All it takes is sufficient demand to warrant the tool being made to cut circular baize.

We get the baize cut for some of our coasters but not round at the moment. All it takes is a sample coaster to be sent to get the tool made and then the baize cut. The tool costs a reasonable amount but this is a one off and as long as the demand is there for the cut baize then this is absorbed into the cut baize price. There are two sizes of coaster - the UniSub 100mm and UniSub 90mm. The 90mm is more popular.

Depends what size you are after and others may already cut the size you want?

Could you not knock out your own baize backing? This could be easily done with a circle cutter and permanent spray adhesive.

I looked into the cutters but 1 was £110!

I was thinking of buying the square ones and cutting them into circles but not for £110 lol

I was thinking more of this type - https://www.sewandso.co.uk/product/rota ... IQQAvD_BwE

Very cheap, quick and easy. Or, use a disc slightly smaller than the coaster and cut around it with a craft knife or a Stanley knife.

It would no doubt work out far cheaper to buy a roll, or a decent length of baize material.
