Personally I favour Listawood mugs as £8 is not worth worrying about.

So your fussiest customer picked what you use for you then but your happy with their choice. Did they spot the difference between AA and AAA grades I wonder! The listawood handles are slightly different shape to Xpress and there is only one grade of Xpress I think. Always surprised when boxes of mugs arrive all intact

Yes to the first part of the question. If the customer is happy then I am happy.

No these guys did not spot the difference and they had both to look at. Although to be honest, I have often thought the AA grade is nicer than the AAA grade. I think it has a nicer inside which is smoother.

It is fair to point out that although this particular customer has never been price driven most of my customers are. I get a great price on the AA grade mugs which I do not think can be beaten without importing direct from China. LW used to be 5 miles up the road from me which also made it very easy to grab the odd box or two if I ever ran out. I am now on the other side of the country and although I may look to see if there is someone local to me I will continue to use LW for the bulk as they are a very decent supplier and I have never had any issues.

Also, there are no "hidden" charges... LW charge £4.00 per box which can be 72 mugs. there is no "insurance" cost and any breakages are replaced by them, I don't think there is any other supplier that charges as little as 5.5p per mug delivery and will replace breakages, if there is and offer 10% premium members discount let me know.

That's all for me, I am off to collect my commission LOL!!!!!

Corelgraph do free delivery over £40. Only reason I’m looking elsewhere is I’m not convinced with the dishwasher performance or hardness of the coating. They seem to get scratch marks on them fairly easily

I’ve bought 4 cases of the AAA from listawood (£16 delivery). Let’s see how I get on with them! Used my premium member discount too!

Four cases should be £8.00 delivery as LW double box. I would question that with them if I were you.

Double boxing is not only cheaper, but in my opinion makes the transit safer as the mugs are better protected.

I have made a mistake on my quoting

LW used to charge £4.00 per double box, but now it is £4.00 per box as their charges went up
