Hi there,
This is my first post here so hope it’s ok. We have a Monti Mod200 with twin beds 3.6m x 1.6m I am looking for ideas on any new products we could possibly print. Does anybody know if you can sublimate acrylic sheets, or can anybody supply MDF sheet in large sizes with coatings?

thanks
Nick

clothing for cut and sew work comes to mind, fabrics for upholstery - although both these better done on a rotary press. As you say you can do large hard substrates that you can't do on a rotary - aluminium for signage comes to mind, or aluminium for forming into other 3D products.

There are coating companies out there but what sizes they can cover I am not sure. Problem is, sometimes trying to find items to print in this way that aren't readily available bypasses the cheaper method such as uv which might be more cost effective on hard substrates.

Door mats etc for corporate's perhaps?

Enter any office and you often see a mat there.

Have often fancied a big press although my idea of a "big" press was only a third of the size of yours. The large barmats is what I nearly bought one for.
