Changed yellow, now everything is yellowish tinge

Ricoh 3110, sawgras subli r ink, trupix paper,

I installed a new yellow, and from first print afterwards everything look right when printed, but when pressed has yellow/sepia tinge to it, the bit thats left on the paper is perfect colour?

Not sure whats going on? surely the ink wouldnt go through straight away after changing, i have tried different pictures ect?

Anyone any ideas before i have to reinstall profiles again

What's the date on the new yellow cart?

Was the cart showing out or low when you changed it? As you say, it shouldn't 'kick' in for a while as the Ricohs hold a fair bit in the lines. Was the outgoing cart still in date? if not, how much out of date was it?

The outgoing cart was out of date by about 6mths, the new cart which i changed when it said empty is dec 2018 so plenty of time.

maybe i should flush the yellow though ?
