Yeah it arrived just as the pic .. all I had to do (or didn't as was the case) was clip the carts in after assembling the bar across the top.

Hi Ptmiff, that is one of our ink system setups. If the red LED lights are not going out the cartridges are not seated correctly. Its a common thing with that CISS and model., The cartridges are very tight and need to be pressed down very firmly, they will click and lock into position. Once installed fully press the ink drop button on the front panel of the printer. It should then charge the inks.

I phoned the supplier and they told me to give it a firm push using two hands. It is quite a loud click when in properly and then the lights go out and the printer starts charging.
Ah beat me to it Louise!

Hey .. yes it is your system, bought from eBay, with next day delivery to Aberdeen. Very impressive!!

I was scared to 'push' to hard .. but got there in the end with Louise's help.

Ah you are not the first to be scared by pressing the cartridges in. Ideally we would have cartridges that were looser fit, but I used to get issues with the chips being lose so opted for tighter cartridges. Once in they don't really ever need to come back out.

If you get any issues please don't hesitate to contact me through eBay, here or directly and I will do my best to help.

Good to hear it arrived in good time too, we try to ship everything same day (we do put longer shipping times on eBay to make sure we don't miss the deadlines set by eBay)
