Sawgrass SG800 error 28114 error. Dodgy ink

Been using these inks for almost one year, at least a full set every month. (now £145)

Was looking for problem with error code 28114 came across the thread above.
I have contacted supplier with this error code off and on for a few weeks, turns out its something to do with yellow ink, not enough pressure or something like that.
When we looked closer discovered these inks are original cartridges that have been refilled. Sealed up and packed. (Actually had problem before and sawgrass checked serial numbers and were happy.)

So looks like sawgrass arent gonna help this time.

Any suggestions? greatly appreciated.
