Re: Nice edges on mug wrap designs

Really struggling to work out how to 'end' a mug design cleanly on a particular order.

Where I can, i'll use white or a tesselating background that stops - but this one is proving difficult, and a fade to white looks clunky.

Any ideas?

I would say the quick way to do this would to draw a linear blend about 15mm wide and as tall as the image in Photoshop that goes from transparent to white.

Save it as a PNG and then import into whatever drawing package you are using to output mug prints.

If a linear blend doesn't work then there are obviously various brush strokes that would frame it nicely..
