Sewing/design patterns for dye sub?

hi, does anyone have any multisize clothing patterns to use with dye sublimation please?

We get our seamstress to make our patterns ... If you're going down a cut and sew route, then get whoever is doing your sewing to create the patterns.
It's not an easy task though, and will take a few goes to get the pattern and methodology in place for production, as well as working out the print side of things, so worth investing time/money in.
