Hi all,
Im doing some 6x4 metal panels. The logo has been sent as a PDF which my experience in is VERY limited. I intend to make my template a slight bit bigger than 6x4 then insert a thin rectangle around the very outer edge so once all printed I can use the rectangle as a guide.
Problem I'm having is after I have saved the PDF file (There is 10 PDF files in 1) and opened it with a 6x4 template, the image as half the required size, then once made larger to suit the quality is poor.
I have spoke to the customer and it has been sent in "High quality"
Am I doing something wrong somewhere?
TIA.
PDF help please
Re: PDF help please
I am guessing they have sent you a jpeg saved as a PDF. What is the image?

Re: PDF help please
Maybe ask for the files as individual PDFs and not 10 in 1. See if that makes a difference. What kind of images are they? Vector or Bitmap?

Hands up for being a massive gooch. Didn't notice I was saving them in 72ppi and not 300. Thanks to SG for the help! And thanks QF for yours too
