Reading between the lines it just sounds like you are buying blanks and adding your design same as buying a mug. Whilst the products might be more unique and at a different level, if you create your own designs and brand then you can price accordingly. It is a bit like the Bowing Pin bottles that have had an increase in popularity. They range between £10 and £25 but more or less the same product. Chillys have created a brand and nice range of designs so charge top whack whilst the bulk imports of exactly the same style and level can sell less than half the cost.... yet they still have a very nice finish. An item can be what you make of it and a bit of extra marketing can help elevate over others.

Pretty much, they're personalised for the customer but supplier already has a brilliant range of products, might have been easier if I wasn't being so mysterious but I have my reasons at this stage.

Charging more should be fine if they want the personalised. Can you do a deal with them where they offer personalised options themselves and you fulfill their orders?
