My opinion would be that it should be opposite to what's shown in your image, but I'd always get the customer to clarify something like this before I made it.
I print lots of personalised magnetic party invitations and come across many spelling and grammatical errors, so I always send a proof to the customer for verification before printing and cutting. Apostrophes in names (such as James' birthday, or James's birthday) always need verification.

Thanks for your opinion. I did it the other way first but it was wrong. The picture is the way they wanted it. I thought i was going mad.
