Faulty mug press element

I bought an Adkins studio mug press from Xpress who I thought were reputable,but after the first year I replaced the heat blanket soon afterwards it went up in flames! I contacted them but I wasn't too impressed by the countless explanations they gave me,so not trusting it I bought a new Galaxy which has been a great little workhorse with no problems at all.
All my inks,papers and mugs are bought through Coralgraph.Henry is a very helpful and accomodating manager there.
