Being pretty new to sublimation I've managed to successfully (after trial and error) print mugs, 100% percent polyester t shirts, lanyards, mouse mats. so I looked into cotton. I purchased some Forever Sublilite paper, and I can't seem to get it right. I've wasted half the pack so far, I've added two photos, one is the design I after and the other is the latest try. I'm using a Epson XP455. I followed the instruction in the pack 170c for 30 seconds using medium pressure hardly any of the ink transferred, so I up the temp and added more pressure, still coming out useless. any tips Thanks. sorry for the long post

Re: Subli lite paper woes
I didn't think you could sublimate onto cotton--a game changer if that can happen without spending thousands

To be honest, you'd be better sticking with other methods of printing on cotton, namely JetPro Sofstretch (JPSS), JetPro Opaque, (both using PIGMENT inks), screen printing, HTV, plastisol transfers, or DTG (if you really want to spend £££'s!).
Re: Subli lite paper woes
I can not recommend that paper, the print crapped out after the first wash even with the recommended Full colors you have to choose for you print, no half tones or gradients. I can also bet you did not pressed your shirt within 40 seconds after the print. Anyway this paper is crap in my mind. Even the polyamid method gave better results, the polyamid method is at the 4th washing now.
